Outjo Information

Outjo's name is derived from Otjiherero meaning small hills. It is a town in the Kunene Region of Namibia. 

Outjo is the gateway to the Etosha National Park being 90km South of the Southern entrance, the Anderson Gate. Outjo is also the last stop before going into Damaraland (C39 towards Khorixas) and Kaokoveld (C40 towards Kamanjab).

Outjo has an airstrip that can accommodate small fixed winged planes.
